I think this is a malware or a fake Facebook if i try to log in i see a ip adress i think thats a haker i dont know what this is but it was the same Problem with my old Phone now i have buy a new and the same problem

This report does not describe a security vulnerability in Google Chrome. The screenshots you've shown display Facebook and Google Chrome's certificate viewer, which allows you to examine data inside Facebook's certificate. That certificate includes serial numbers and hashes and other numeric data. None of the data shown is an IP address, although even an IP address in this context would not necessarily reflect any sort of attack.
