This is not actually a regression: receiver time went down. There were no warnings, but similar drop is observed in linux and mac tests also.

I didn't notice changes in psnr, send_bandwidth or send_time in that test.

Also, there's possibly similar drop in receiver_time in screenshare_slides_simulcast test. I didn't notice changes anywhere else.
