Original description:

  KBL+ should support NV12 format across the whole media stack, including 
  codec (decode and encode), camera, as well as rendering, including HW 
  overlays.

  It would be preferable to switch KBL+ to NV12 across the board. This 
  issue is to track the video codec-related efforts for this.
