Issue descriptionChromeOS version: 64.0.3282.144 Cfm device model: ASUS Chromebox CN62 (Google_Guado.6301.108.4) Unify case #: 15125556 Description: Spoken Feedback(Chromevox) automatically activated on CFM. Steps to reproduce: 1. Turn on the device 2. Notice that the device is speaking Chinese 3. The sound ended once the Spoken Feedback setting was disabled. Current Behavior / Reproduction: Spoken Feedback(Chromevox) automatically activated on CFM. Expected Behavior:Spoken Feedback(Chromevox) should not start automatically on CFM. [Affecting all devices? So the issue is: Spoken feedback is enabled even though user didn't turn it on. Can you add some clarification: - Is the new Meet enabled? - When did the issue start, or what triggered the issue? (ex. Since the initial setup? After ChromeOS update?) - How did user turn off spoken feedback? (ex. Rebooted device? Turned off Spoken feedback in settings? Wiped/re-enrolled device?) - Does the issue occur multiple times? i.e. After turning off spoken feedback, have they seen it back on? - What timing did they submit the feedback reports or gather logs? Was it when the issue occurred, or after they turned off spoken feedback?

#1 case #15107536 customer, the issue is not happening anymore after the update to version 64 and changing to hangout and back to meet. #0 case #15125556 customer, the technical case was closed due to no response back. I will close this case. Thank you for all support. |
