yhirano@: Where can I see the test failures that prompted this?  The link only shows runs on Mac.

Hm, when I filed a bug, WebKit Android (Nexus4) ran layout tests (see [1] and [2] for example) but apparently it stopped running layout tests lately (see [2] for example). I'm not sure if it's temporally or not.

Update TestExpectations with `update_expectations.py -type=fail`

This change should just remove the lines that have non-pass
expectations, but where the actual results don't match the
expectations.
