internet active on notebook , yet it is not picking up the network...same network I have used since I had the notebook

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; Android 4.4.4; XT830C Build/KXC21.5-40) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/34.0.1847.114 Mobile Safari/537.36
Platform: 10032.86.0 ( offical build)  veyron_jerry 

Steps to reproduce the problem:

2.and don't say check your internet genius

What is the expected behavior?
I expect to go on line as I always do when my notebook shows I have internet connection...instead if saying no network!!

What went wrong?
It's reading internet connection..but it is not functioning...tell me is something burnt out in my notebook with your new updates???

Did this work before? Yes not sure because I wiped clean thinking this would boost it...did not work???

I did add Citrix VPN to my computer about 3weeks ago..then it would not let me delete it...but the internet was working fine as reason as last Saturday...it just stopped syncing for some reason... please help
