Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/65.0.3325.74 Safari/537.36 Example URL: Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Browse https://github.com/jidanni/mymaps/blob/master/N1.geojson 2. See that "4" in a blue circle at the top of the island? Click it. What is the expected behavior? The 4 should explode into four separate markers. What went wrong? The page just jumps up. Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A Is it a problem with a plugin? No Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? N/A Chrome version: 65.0.3325.74 Channel: n/a OS Version: Flash Version: Only after the page jumps up the first time, will a second click on the 4 correctly expand and zoom it.

Able to reproduce this issue on Mac 10.13.3 and Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome reported version #65.0.3325.74 and latest canary #66.0.3358.0. Issue is not seen in OS-Win This is a non-regression issue as it is observed from M60 old builds. Hence, marking it as untriaged to get more inputs from dev team. Thanks...!!

Caused by browser side navigation (aka PlzNavigate). Confirmed by disabling chrome://flags/#browser-side-navigation and observing the bug is gone.
