We currently reset the GL state for GLES2DecoderImpl between Begin/EndRaster to ensure skia's use of GL doesn't invalidate the state tracking done in the decoder. Another user of the GrContext outside of tile raster is the transfer cache for uploading images. We need to reset GrContext before using it for upload and the GLES2DecoderImpl after it.
