(1) Request to download a page (for example, from the new tab page) while online
(2) Cancel the downloading request via the notification

What is the expected result?
The notification is removed and the request is not shown in Downloads Home.

What happens instead?
The notification is not removed, is not dismissible and has a status of "Downloading...". The request is not shown in Downloads Home.

This bug is not always reproducible.
