Tested the issue in Android and able to reproduce the issue. Similar behavior is observed since Chrome #65.0.3325.109

Prerequisites: Enable "Simplified View" from Chrome Settings >> Accessibility.

Steps Followed:
1. Launched the Chrome Browser.
2. Navigate to the URL: http://www.benchmark.pl/testy_i_recenzje/intel-compute-card-test.html and navigate to the third page.
3. Scroll the page up and down.
4. Tap on any "Show simplified view" option.
6. Observed that, simplified view is displayed.
7. Observed that bar chart displayed under "Cinebench R15 - test wszystkich watkow" is not loaded completely in simplified view. (Only bar displaying "ICS Intel Core m3 is displayed)

Chrome versions tested:
65.0.3325.88(Beta), 66.0.3356.0(Canary)

OS:
Android 6.0.1

Android Devices:
Samsung S7

This seems to be a Non-Regression issue as same behavior is seen since M65.  Untriaged for further input's on this issue.

These charts are not images, but tables. They are wrongly classified as layout tables by https://github.com/chromium/dom-distiller/blob/master/java/org/chromium/distiller/TableClassifier.java so that they are not treated as a whole. Technically they are not data tables either. I don't have a good solution for this long tail case here.
