Pinpoint - Test dockerized devices |

Issue descriptionAs I understand it, we're not running with dockerized devices for Pinpoint yet (the 1 physical host, 7 devices setup). This probably isn't that risky to migrate, but we'd still like to do an initial test to make sure Pinpoint works fine. After speaking with Annie/Dave, least intrusive thing would be to spin up some new swarming bots that are all dockerized, send a test Pinpoint job at them, and confirm they work as expected. vhang@ do you have any spare devices lying around? Doesn't really matter what since this is just a test.

What type of devices do you need? We can probably get you N5Xs if that works for you.

If you have battors, that'd be great but it's not totally necessary.

Much simpler to stand up without battors. A single 1 x 7 setup?

Can we get at least 2 in the setup? It's probably the same but I think I'd feel more confident if there were multiple devices.
