Talkback with two keyboards don't work

If you have English and French keyboard, when you type numbers, two voices read them in two different languages almost at the same time (with some delay.)

Can you confirm if this only happens with Chrome on Android? Do we have reason to believe it's a Chrome on Android bug vs an Android or TalkBack bug?
