I am having trouble replicating this with Chrome 67.0.3369.0 on Linux.

1. Visit a page with a video, autoplay is blocked
2. Type www.google.com into the address bar
3. Click back, autoplay is still blocked

1. Visit a page with a video, autoplay is blocked
2. Click on a new link within the page
3. Click back, autoplay is allowed (so long as the new page was on the same origin as the first one)
