Toogle device toolbar not working correctly

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_3) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/66.0.3358.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open devtools 
2. Select Toogle device toolbar 
3. Expect to see the content correctly

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Don't see correctly the content in the device selected. See image attached. 

Did this work before? Yes 

Chrome version: 66.0.3358.0  Channel: canary
OS Version: OS X 10.13.3
