Where are you seeing error 500 or error 404?

Error 500 means that an unexplained server error has occurred. Other, more descriptive error codes are used when possible.

Error 404 means that the resource (such as a webpage) that you requested could not be found on the server.

I also noticed that something is wrong with your Chrome version, showing as 172.0.1.0.0. Your UserAgent string shows that you are (most likely) using Chrome 52.0.2743.116, which is way too outdated.
