Focus gets Stuck on ‘Learn More’ Link

Chrome Version:66.0.3358.0 (Official Build) 16fdb6c5f5d6e5779983e253b5f7c8bdd1cac610-refs/heads/master@{#539998}(64 bit)
OS:  Mac(10.12.6 , 10.13.1 , 10.13.4) OS

Steps to reproduce:
1)Launch chrome and navigate to ‘https://test.hstsfail.appspot.com'.
2)Now Press tab key 5-6 times and observe.

Actual Result: Focus gets Stuck on ‘Learn More’ Link
Expected Result: Focus should not get Stuck on ‘Learn More’ Link

This is a Non-regression issue seen from 'M60' series i.e 60.0.3072.0
 
NOTE: 
1.Issue is not seen on Linux(14.04 LTS) and Windows(7,8,8.1,10) .
2.Issue is also seen on M-65 Stable(build #64.0.3282.186),Beta (build # 65.0.3325.106) , Dev  M-66 (build #66.0.3355.0) .

Note:
Retested above issue using current canary build#67.0.3365.0 on Mac(10.12.6,10.13.1,10.13.4) OS and able to reproduce issue.

I can't reproduce this. Wondering if it's fixed by committed interstitials anyway. carlos, can you please have a look?

It doesn't seem to reproduce on my end either (on Mac M69), with or without committed interstitials enabled. Reporter: can you check M69? Thanks.
