Issue descriptionChrome Version: 66.0.3358.0 Revision 16fdb6c5f5d6e5779983e253b5f7c8bdd1cac610-refs/heads/master@{#539998}(32/64 bit) OS: Win(7,8,8.1,10), Linux(14.04 LTS), Mac(10.12.6,10.13.1,10.13.4) What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://flags and observe favicon icon of page in tab strip Actual: Favicon icon seems different than expected. Expected: Favicon icon should seen properly. This is a regression issue, broken in M-66 series, and providing bisect using bisect per-revision Manual Bisect: Good Build:66.0.3357.0(Revision:539662) Bad Build:66.0.3358.0 (Revision:539998) You are probably looking for a change made after 539742(known good), but no later than 539743(first known bad).
