There are a lot of HTML string constants in Password Manager test files
password_controller_unittest.mm (for example kHtmlWithTwoPasswordForms)
password_controller_js_unittest.mm 

It would make sense to move some of them (at least the biggest ones) to html test files  to ios/testing/data/http_server_files (eg. autofill_smoke_test.html)
