Steps to reproduce:
(1)enable simplified view in settings\accessbility and new context menu in chrome://flags
(2)open url
(3)scroll a little page & click "show simplified view"
(4)open new context menu on one of blurred images
(5)use open in broswer or open image or other option

We've got the same replication steps 1-3 like for https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=816870, but it's not duplicate - it seems to be visible, that context menu is operating on thumbnail instead of real picture
