Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/65.0.3325.74 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: Today with a virgin clean Linux account we start chromium for the first time. In the upper right corner we see something red and click it. It turns out it is a warning that this page has cookies blocked. What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? It is the users first brush with the chromium browser, and right off the bat the browser is fighting with its default start page. The user thinks they should really settle all arguments before shipping. Did this work before? Yes Chrome version: 65.0.3325.74 Channel: n/a OS Version: Flash Version:

This looks like a bug that should be fixed in newer builds.

As per comment #4, the issue seems to be a debian related issue. As ET-team doesn't have debian machine to test the issue. Hence, forwarding it to the inhouse team for further triaging of the issue. Thanks...!!
