OS: Win(10 Touch Device).

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch chrome and open DevTools window on NTP.
2. Now tap/touch on ‘more options icon’(i.e <<) and select ‘Audit’ option using tap/touch.
3. Again tab/touch on ‘more options icon’(i.e <<) and observe.

Actual: Unnecessary focus stays on ‘more options icon’ of DevTools.
Expected: Focus should not stay on ‘more options icon’ of DevTools.

Unable to provide bisect through per-revision script, as chrome builds for #66.0.3357.0 are getting crashed while bisecting on Win(10)OS.

Hence, providing through old bisect script(chromium builds).

This is a regression issue, broken in M-66 series, and below is the narrow bisect info:

Manual Bisect:
Good Build:66.0.3357.0(Revision:539660).
Bad Build:66.0.3358.0 (Revision:539998).

Note: Issue is not seen on Win(7,8,8.1,10) ,Linux(14.04 LTS) and Mac(10.12.6 , 10.13.1 , 10.13.4)
