Automatically assigning owner based on suspected regression changelist https://chromium.googlesource.com/skia/+/cecd617a4297ffdcec632ca7e2ed1e6b61665e04 ([SVGDom] Linear gradient 'spreadMethod' support). If this is incorrect, please let us know why and apply the Test-Predator-Wrong-CLs label. If you aren't the correct owner for this issue, please unassign yourself as soon as possible so it can be re-triaged.

The blame is most likely wrong (https://chromium.googlesource.com/skia/+/cecd617a4297ffdcec632ca7e2ed1e6b61665e04 only touches experimental SVG code which is not even built in Chrome), but I'm happy to take this one anyway.
