I don't think we are going to try to pass this test suite 100%; it's infeasible. Rather, we will have to push driver vendors to fix their shader compilers.

Able to reproduce the issue on chrome version 66.0.3357.2 and on the latest chrome version 67.0.3362.0 using Windows-10, Mac 10.12.6 and Ubuntu 14.04. As the issue is seen from M60(60.0.3072.0) considering it as non-regression and marking it as Untriaged. Note: Tested this issue on Windows-7, it shows some error message(find the attached screenshot for the same). Thanks!
