Google Chrome 71.0.3554.0 (Official Build) dev (64-bit) Firmware Version Google_Caroline.7820.384.0 There has been an update to the UI that resolves this issue. Now when the onscreen keyboard is expanded, the volume indicator is above the keyboard and ChromeVox reads the volume levels properly. Marking as resolved, thanks for reporting!
