Most Visited tiles alignment changes on changing the device orientation.

Issue description

App Version: 65.0.3325.103 beta
iOS Version: 11.2.6
Device : iPhone 7+

Steps to reproduce : 
1. Launch chrome. In Landscape mode.
2. Tap on Menu > History
3. Change the device orientation to Portrait mode
4. Send the app to background.
5. Launch chrome in landscape mode.
6. Dismiss the history screen.

Observed results:
Most visited tiles are not proper.

Expected results:
Most Visited tiles should be same in portrait and landscape mode.

Number of times you were able to reproduce: 5/5
Bug reproducible after clean install: Yes
Bug reproducible after clearing cache and cookies: Yes
Bug reproducible on Chrome Mobile on Android: NA
Bug reproducible on Dolphin/Safari/Firefox: Safari : NA
Bug reproducible on current stable build (App Version, iOS Version): Yes in M64
Bug reproducible on the current beta channel build (App Version, iOS Version): Yes in M65

Similar issue is seen with below steps :

App Version: 68.0.3440.45 beta
iOS Version: 10.3.3
Device: iPhone7

Steps to reproduce:
  1.  Launch Chrome in landscape mode.
  2.  Tap on Recent tabs.
  3.  Send the app to background.
  4.  Open new tab from 3D touch in portrait mode.

Note :
Most visited tiles are properly aligned on opening a new tab from today's view.
