In LayoutObject::SetStyle there is a special-case
for when a style is created but there is no style.
Currently (after CL 924691 lands), we set
NeedsPaintInvalidationObject, but really all of the
bits should be set.

I didn't do it in CL 924691 because there might
be perf fallout to take care of.
