Crash when dragging Android app window in split-screen

Chrome Version       : 66.0.3356.0
OS Version: 10443.0.0

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Switch to touch-view split screen
2. Open a chrome window on one side,
3. Open an Android app (i.e. Play) on another side
4. Press overview mode key
5. Drag Android app over to the opposite side

What is the expected result?

No crash, Android app shows on the opposite side

What happens instead of that?

Chrome process crashes... looking for signature now...

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Didn't repro it on 66.0.3359.0
I think it's been fixed in https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/934965.

Feel free to reopen it if the crash is still happending.
