What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Go to Bling NTP 
(2) Scroll down to see feed of content suggestions, then tap on "More" at the bottom to load more article headlines
(3) Scroll to one of them and click on it to read the article
(4) Hit back button 

What is the expected result?
Would navigate back to the NTP page scrolled down to the place in the content suggestions where the user was at when they last clicked on the link. That way, they could keep scrolling down to more content from there on down.

What happens instead?
The NTP reloads with the minimum number of articles loaded, so the user has to tap on "more" and scroll back down to the place they were on the content suggestions list.
