What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Currently the WebVR flag is required for webvr.info/samples/03-vr-presentation.html to work. So make sure the flag is NOT set 
(2) Set up a DLA tile in Daydream home to lauch webvr.info/samples/03-vr-presentation.html
(3) Enter Daydream home in VR and click on the tile to launch webvr.info/samples/03-vr-presentation.html

What is the expected result? Some timeout to occur and user returned to Daydream home

What happens instead? Stuck on splash screen for an indeterminate amount of time.
