When you click on the left button of the URL bar

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3282.186 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to Facebook and log
2. Press on Secure on the left side of the URL bar
3. Enjoy

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
The page is resize automaticly on facebook

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 64.0.3282.186  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0

I haven't repro'ed either, but at a guess, this probably relies on the scale factor, and may be Harmony-specific.

Reporter, what's your system DPI/scale factor set to?

Able to reproduce this issue on reported version 64.0.3282.186 using Windows 10 Hidpi machine but issue is not seen on latest canary 66.0.3357.0

This issue looks similar to  issue 795272 . Hence merging into it.

@Reporter: Please raise a new issue if this is not the case.
