restarted 

I restarted cros-beefy280-c2, it's up and running. but on the waterfall page, it's still showed as offline. 

+ chrome-troppers, why the waterfall can't reach the online GCE?

cros-beefy280-c2 is back and running build, closing the bug

I restarted the instance again. closing this for now. if it goes offline again, I'll reset the instance.
