Precondition :
1- Have some history stored with long urls or copy any long url.

Steps to reproduce : 
1. Launch chrome.
2. Type “https://” in omnibox.
3. Delete few characters in  “https://” and renter the deleted characters.
4. Repeat step 3 few times.

Observed results:
Notice that (x) in omnibox is not displayed.

Expected results:
(x) in omnibox is be displayed.
