(1) go to book marks
(2) expand mobile bookmarks
(3) drag a bookmark from mobile bookmarks, to mobile bookmarks folder

What is the expected result?

Ignore move
What happens instead?
crashes Chrome and all other Chrome inbstances eg. google play music app
