New Sign In on Windows

Issue description

Chrome Version (from the about:version page):Version 65.0.3325.88 (Official Build) beta (64-bit)
Is this the most recent version:Yes
OS + version:Linux Mint 18.3
CPU architecture (32-bit / 64-bit):64bit
Window manager:Cinnamon

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Signing into Google account through Google Chrome with Google account signed into Android Phone

What is the expected result?
Notification on Android device about login stating that there was a new sign in on Linux


What happens instead?
Notification on Android device about login stating that there was a new sign in on Windows


Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot
and backtrace if possible.
I've noticed that when logging into Google Accounts when using Chrome on Linux the 2FA authentication notification tells you that a login happened on Windows.  When this happens if you've not been using Windows it's quite worrying as it gives the feeling that someone else is logging into your account!

I'm not sure if this issue is in Chrome itself or the backend account system but somewhere Chrome on Linux is being misreported as Windows.

Could you be using a user-agent switcher extension? What is your UA being reported as?
Ooops!  Sorry I feel rather stupid.
Yes I have a UA switcher in place.
