Steps：
1.Lock screen or log out then log in again
2.Focus on any input area

Actual:
Floating window can not pop up

Note:
1.Only repro for floating window ,it is ok for Duck mode
2.Floating window can pop up after switching input tools ,but layout display abnormally , eg. when switch from pinyin to US, still display pinyin layout, but tapping character is English letter as suggest line;
