Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_3) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3282.186 Safari/537.36 Example URL: Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Have multiple windows open in chrome 2. Click a web link 3. Chrome pops a new window with an empty new tab. The content of the link is not shown What is the expected behavior? After clicking the link the new popped up window should go to the URL link. What went wrong? Chrome did not go to the URL link but opened an empty tab. Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes Is it a problem with a plugin? No Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 64.0.3282.186 Channel: stable OS Version: OS X 10.13.3 Flash Version: i want to work at google to improve this

Unable to reproduce the issue on mac 10.13.3 using chrome reported version #64.0.3282.186 and latest canary #66.0.3356.0. Attached a screen cast for reference. Following are the steps followed to reproduce the issue. ------------ 1. Opened multiple windows in chrome 2. Clicked a web link to open in another window. 3. Chrome poped a new window with content and it also navigated to the URL link as expected. reporter@ - Could you please check the attached screen cast and please let us know if anything missed from our end. Also please check the issue on latest canary #66.0.3356 by creating a new profile without any apps and extensions and please let us know if the issue still persist or not. Thanks...!!
