Error when requesting a Blink change log on OmahaProxy

Reported by 93m4qau...@gmail.com, Feb 27 2018

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/66.0.3355.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open https://omahaproxy.appspot.com.
2. Under "Change log", enter two Chrome versions (for example, 64.0.3282.168 and 64.0.3282.186).
3. Check "Blink Change Log".
4. Click "Show Change Log".

What is the expected behavior?
A "View Change Log" link appears (with a yellow/orange background) under the "Show Change Log" button.

What went wrong?
<html><head> <meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html;charset=utf-8"> <title>500 Server Error</title> </head> <body text=#000000 bgcolor=#ffffff> <h1>Error: Server Error</h1> <h2>The server encountered an error and could not complete your request.<p>Please try again in 30 seconds.</h2> <h2></h2> </body></html>

Did this work before? Yes N/A

93m4qau783@@ Thanks for the issue.

Able to reproduce the issue on Windows 10, Mac OS 10.12.6 and Ubuntu 14.04 on the latest Canary 66.0.3356.0 and Stable 64.0.3282.186 by following the steps given above.

Unable to view the Changelog link under the "Show Change Log" button.

This is a Non-Regression issue as this behavior is observed from M60 Chrome builds.
Hence marking this as Untriaged for further updates from Dev.

Thanks..
This has nothing to do with Chrome itself, but rather infrastructure.

I don't think this is related to the installer. I think the previous label was more appropriate for this issue.

No longer on the Chrome team, e-mail me @google.com if any attention still required from me here, otherwise good luck!
