chromeos2-row6-rack4-host2 and chromeos2-row6-rack4-host3 have been failing to repair for a while. 2-6-4-2 hasn't run any jobs since the 16th, and 2-6-4-3 hasn't run any since the 18th. This might be causing timeouts because we can't schedule jobs on all of the DUTs.

Past failures on poppy-release (such as build #1234) have failed in the same way, and also included these DUTs.
