All hosts redirect to HTTPS version on domain name

Please disregard this issue. This seems to be a network policy implemented by my organization that seems to affect only Chrome.

Could be something like HTTPS Everywhere then? Anyways, I don't have the issue editing powers to close this issue as WontFix. I guess it'll just be closed when a project member sees it.
