What is the expected behavior?
That chrome works the same as any other browser. This was tested in up-to-date IE and Firefox and Chrome is the only one that does not work. When you click on the button, it is expected that you navigate where the anchor tag (ID="showme") has the href attribute pointing.

What went wrong?
Nothing happens in Chrome. Every other browser works. Chrome does not.
