Android Chrome doesn't recognize links (can't open context menu) which are OK for desktop Chrome

Issue description

Device name:s7

From "Settings > About Chrome"
Application version:canary 66.0.3356.0
Operating system:7

URLs (if applicable):sbb.ch

Steps to reproduce:
(1)open url
(2)try to open context menu "Mehr info" under big pictures

Expected result:
context menu is opened

Actual result:
links are recognized by Linux Chrome (with Android user agent), but not by Android version

Tested the issue in Android. A page is opening on clicking on Mehr info

Steps Followed:
1. Launched Chrome.
2. Navigated to sbb.ch
4. Clicked on Mehr info
5. A page is opened

Chrome versions tested:
66.0.3356.0

OS:
Android 7.0.0, 6.0.1

Android Devices:
Samsung J7 and S7

@reporter: Observing the same behaviour across all desktop OS (Win, Mac and Linux). A page is opening on clicking on Mehr info, Could you please confirm the expected behaviour.

Able to open the Context menu using #66.0.3356.0 on Pixel: 8.0.0 and on Samsung S7, 6.0.1 as well. 

@reporter: Could you please confirm is this issue can be closed?

It cannot be closed - I can't open context menu like shown in #4
