Grey color patch is displayed on top when tapped on “recently used devices” on support page in full screen mode.

Issue description

App Version: 66.0.3356.0 canary
iOS Version: 11.3 beta 3, 10.3.3 
Device: iPhone 8 plus, iPhone X
URL: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/7378620?hl=en&ref_topic=6376441

Steps to reproduce:
  1.  Launch chrome canary
  2.  Open the URL : https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/7378620?hl=en&ref_topic=6376441
  3.  Go to fullscreen mode.
  4.  Tap on the link “recently used devices” available at the bottom of the page.

Observed results:
Notice that while the new page is opening a grey patch is displayed on top

Note: On iPad, they grey patch is displayed for a moment and disappears

Expected results:
No grey patch should be displayed.

Number of times you were able to reproduce: 5/5
Bug reproducible after clean install: Yes
Bug reproducible after clearing cache and cookies: Yes
Bug reproducible on Chrome Mobile on Android: Not tested
Bug reproducible on Safari/Firefox: Firefox: No, Safari: No
Bug reproducible on current stable build (App Version, iOS Version): No on M64
Bug reproducible on the current beta channel build (App Version, iOS Version): No on M65

Good Build : 66.0.3354.0 (Revision: a83163bcd83)
Bad Version: 66.0.3355.0 (Revision: 31d0bb0369f9)

vbarigela, I am unable to reproduce this on ToT (67.0.3366.0).  It's possible that this was fixed by crrev.com/c/942222.  Can you still reproduce on canary?  If not, we can cherry-pick that change over to M66.

Verified on 67.0.3366.0 Canary on iPhone X iOS 11.2.6 .Its not reproducible.
