'Google Arts and Culture' text is not seen on menu.

Chrome Version: 66.0.3356.0 Revision 43318c02bb32c8eb07e9739904d15778d64d3094-refs/heads/master@{#539380}(32/64 bit)
OS: Win(7,8,8.1,10), Mac(10.12.6, 10.13.1, 10.13.4) .

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome, navigate to above URL and download the extension.
(2) click on extension and click on menu and observe.

Actual: 'Google Arts and Culture' text is not seen on menu.
Expected:'Google Arts and Culture' text should be seen on menu .


This is a non-regression issue, seen from M-60 build.
  
NOTE: 
1. This issue is not seen on Mac(10.12.6,10.13.1,10.13.4)
2. Issue is also seen on Stable(build #64.0.3282.186), Beta(build #65.0.3325.88), Dev(build #66.0.3350.0)

Doesn't sound like an issue with extension system, rather it might be google arts & culture specific issue. Assigning to ramyan@ for triaging, who might have a better idea.

Thank you for your report!

This isn't part of the extension, but rather the Google Arts & Culture site. When the A&C menu icon is clicked, a new tab pointing to https://artsandculture.google.com/ is opened. The blank space next to the hamburger menu (highlighted on the screen cast) is on that website. You can reproduce this by navigating directly to that site via the Omnibox.
