Tested the issue in Android and able to reproduce the issue. Similar behavior is observed since Chrome #65.0.3325.88

Prerequisites: Enable "Simplified View" from Chrome Settings >> Accessibility.

Steps Followed:
1. Launched the Chrome Browser.
2. Navigate to the URL: https://www.dobreprogramy.pl/Mobile-World-Congress-2018,Seria,394.html
3. Scroll the page up and down.
4. Tap on "Show simplified view" option.
5. Observed that, simplified view is displayed.
6. Observed that same text is seen in three different paragraphs and other content is missed.

Chrome versions tested:
65.0.3325.88(Beta), 66.0.3356.0(Canary)

OS:
Android 7.0.0

Android Devices:
Samsung J7

This seems to be a Non-Regression issue as same behavior is seen since M65.  Untriaged for further input's on this issue.

The site in question has 3 links at the bottom of the page that look like they are supposed to go to next/previous pages, but they all lead to the same content. This is a problem with the site, not reader mode. It might be worth doing a content diff and excluding duplicate content, but that's a dangerous game. Marking as WontFix.

on page: I see header + 10 articles links (title, image, short introduction)

on reader mode: 3x header

Looks like triggering issue. That page is not one single article, so Simplified View infobar should not be triggered.
