Which version did you intend to put in the "worked before" field? As written, both the working and the non-working one are .167

it works in M64 (which I used to file and put into the "work before"), works in M65 and seems to be broken in 66.0.3350.0 which is the version I put into the affected version?

Able to reproduce this issue on reported version 66.0.3350.0 using Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac 10.13.3, but not seen on Windows 10. Issue is also seen in latest canary 66.0.3357.0. Hence providing bisect info. Good Build: 66.0.3345.0 Bad Build: 66.0.3346.0 CHANGELOG URL: https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+log/77e3c37a5378e1e70aad28e260a662a68818ec60..14f736d1b6aefdf1dfe01d1cbd99433a8ac86e62 Reviewed-on: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/898532 Suspecting same from changelog. @ malaykeshav: Please confirm the bug and help in re-assigning if it is not related to your change.
