What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome,navigate to above url and click on 'Add to chrome' to install and launch app.
2. Now click on File I/O option which shows 'Store files on this device' permission bubble
3. Now bring focus on permission bubble and press 'Tab' key to move focus ahead,observe
 
Actual: Focus ring is not seen on 'X' close icon of bubble 
Expected: Focus ring should be seen on 'X' close icon of bubble 

This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 62’ and below is the bisect info :
Good build: 62.0.3166.0  (Revision: 489162).
Bad build: 62.0.3167.0 (Revision: 489499).

You are probably looking for a change made after 489244 (known good), but no later than 489245 (first known bad).
