Issue description
Version: 66.0.3355.0 (Official Build) Revision31d0bb0369f909177f2ce90b439f296bcf9c90cb-refs/heads/master@{#539001}(32/64-bit)
OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.12.6,10.13.1,10.13.4)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome,navigate to above url and click on 'Add to chrome' to install and launch app.
2. Now click on File I/O option and observe bottom area of large text box on RHS
Actual: Text box appears chopped from bottom after clicking on File I/O option
Expected: Text box shouldn't appear chopped from bottom after clicking on File I/O option
This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 61’ and below is the bisect info :
Good build: 61.0.3137.0 (Revision: 481057).
Bad build: 61.0.3138.0 (Revision: 481386).
You are probably looking for a change made after 481207 (known good), but no later than 481208 (first known bad).

The extension needs to be updated it is assuming the scrolling element is the body which isn't true anymore.
Specifically this code:
var iframeDocument = this.contentWindow.document;
var iframeBodyEl = iframeDocument.body;
iframeEl.style.height = iframeBodyEl.scrollHeight + 'px';
is consuming the scrollHeight from the body element and not the scrollingElement.
