Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3282.167 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Login to Gmail Mail Box 2. Click on the Promotion tab (Or any) 3. Move at the bottom of the page such that the vertical scroll appears 4. Now try to drag the mail to another Tab. 5. User will not be able to do, as the header tabs are not visible, even if you try to do a vertical scroll. Refer attached document for more details. What is the expected behavior? Header tabs should visible for the user to move the mail even from bottom of the page What went wrong? The header tabs not visible, I was not able to move the mail to another tab. I need to delete the emails above to make that mail at the top, which is not a feasible option. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 64.0.3282.167 Channel: n/a OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Need a solution for this. I often require this.

Tested the issue on Win-10 using chrome latest stable #64.0.3282.186 and latest canary #66.0.3356.0. Attached a screen cast for reference. Following are the steps followed to reproduce the issue. ------------ 1. Logged into Gmail Mail Box 2. Moved at the bottom of the page such that the vertical scroll appears. 3. Tried to drag the mail to another Tab i.e promotions by holding the mail to be transferred till the promotions tab is seen. Note: Holding the mail to be transferred from bottom to another tab, causes the page page to autoscroll to up. maheshwarinitin@ - Could you please check the issue on latest stable #64.0.3282.186 by creating a new profile without any apps and extensions by following the steps as mentioned above and please let us know if you have any other queries in this regard. Thanks...!!
