Regression: Text "fonts" is not displayed properly on extensions dialog box.

Chrome Version: 66.0.3355.4 (Official Build) Revision 9671b1978bfe38dcc6df80922f54d16fa6eb3462-refs/branch-heads/3355@{#4} 32/64-bit.
OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.12.6,10.13.1,10.13.4)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch Chrome, go to above URL and click on 'ADD TO CHROME' button.
2. Now observe the text "fonts" on opened extensions dialog box.

Text "fonts" is not displayed properly.
Text "fonts" should display properly.

This is a regression issue, broken in M-66 series, will soon update other info.

Below is manual regression range:

Good build: 66.0.3330.0 (Revision: 531404)
Bad build: 66.0.3331.0 (Revision: 531794)

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results:

You are probably looking for a change made after 531660 (known good), but no later than 531661 (first known bad).

The script might not always return single CL as suspect as some perf builds might get missing due to failure.

That's not real text, that's just an image of the word "fonts"... We made the icon smaller on purpose, so this is working as intended.
