Issue related to bugs.chromium.org NOT Chrome: Issues I starred don't show as starred.

Reported by shabbir....@gmail.com, Feb 27 2018

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3282.167 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. I have an email address shabbir.***@gene***.com and a Google account with it. I starred some issues on bugs.chromium.org.
2. I later created a Gmail account shabbir.gene***@gmail.com linked to the same Google account.
3. Now when I view bugs.chromium.org, it shows me logged in as shabbir.gene***@gmail.com (even if I use the credentials for shabbir.***@gene***.com to log in) and doesn't show the issues I starred as starred. I am still receiving the notification emails from my starred issues though.

What is the expected behavior?
I should be able to view my starred issues.

What went wrong?
I cannot view my starred issues.

Did this work before? No

Chrome version: N/A Channel: stable
OS Version: N/A
Flash Version:

I know this is not a Chrome issue. I am not sure where to post the issue. If this is not the right place, any guidance as to what is would be appreciated.
